By using UPGURU you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. THE SERVICE
UPGURU is an uptime monitoring tool provided free of charge. We monitor HTTP/HTTPS endpoints on your behalf and notify you of incidents. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of any kind — including availability, accuracy of monitoring results, or timely delivery of alerts.
3. NO WARRANTIES
UPGURU is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that monitoring results will be accurate or complete. We are not liable for missed alerts, false positives, downtime of the monitoring infrastructure, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for only monitoring endpoints you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You must not use UPGURU to send abusive volumes of requests to third-party services.
5. DATA
We store the URLs, response times, and status codes of your monitored endpoints. We do not sell this data. We may delete accounts or data at any time without notice.
6. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
